Panhellenic Building Facility Requests
We are happy to allow any and all student organizations to use our facility located at 1531 W. Cumberland Ave. The rooms must be clean (including all tables and chairs returned to original location) when the organization leaves or a fee of $50.00 will be charged. For large events needing tables and chairs, call Facilities Services at 974-2178. Please give them a week’s notice at least.
The spaces we have available are:
- Lobby
- Multi-Purpose Room
- Front Lawn (normally reserved for tailgates)
- Panhellenic Council Suite 201
- Suite 205
- Suite 403
- Suite 404
- Suite 405
The building is open during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday; 8am - Midnight
- Saturday; 8:30am - Midnight
- Sunday; 1pm - Midnight
*Note: The building is closed on all holidays, and the weekends before and after the holiday.
