Sorority Recruitment
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE ENTERING THE SORORITY RECRUITMENT ENROLLMENT PROCESS
The UTK Sorority enrollment application takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The recruitment staff recommends having the following items nearby to ensure a smooth application process.
- High School and/or college transcripts and SAT/ACT scores
- A list of high school activities, awards and honors
- Social Security Number
- Visa, MasterCard or blank check
- Digital and downloadable picture of self (optional)
- If you have any college credit (at a college institution, not AP credit during high school) you will need to fax or mail your college transcript to (865) 974-8241 or mail it to Recruitment 2008, 1531 W. Cumberland Ave, Knoxville, TN 37996-1504.
To participate in formal recruitment, there is a non-refundable charge of $40 by July 3rd, $50 by July 25th, or $60 by August 8th (depending on which date you register; the earlier; the less expensive). This fee may be paid at the end of the online application process using a credit card or check.
You will receive a confirmation email for both the enrollment application as well as your online payment. Please keep both as your official receipt.
YOUR RECRUITMENT REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL BOTH THE ENROLLEMENT APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION FEE ARE RECEIVED. YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONCE.
