What is your favorite spot on the University of Tennessee campus?
- I would have to say that my favorite spot on campus is the GRILL in presidential courtyard! I love going there and buying Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets and then making my own salad to put the nuggets on top of. Plus it is always such a fun place to meet your friends and grab a bite to eat!
What do you think is the best part of Sorority Recruitment at UT?
- The best part of sorority recruitment is all the wonderful friends you make! Not only do you meet girls in the different suites, but you also meet ladies your same age either standing in line, in your Gamma Chi group, or just hanging around Panhellenic.
What piece of advice would you give to a potential new member (PNM)?
- Just enjoy recruitment! Dont be stressed out! RELAX & HAVE FUN! It will all work out just right!!
Why did you go through Sorority Recruitment?
- I went through recruitment for lots of different reasons, but mainly because I am from Knoxville and a bunch of girls from my high school were coming to UT and I wanted to branch out and meet new girls from all different places. I also wanted to get involved on campus and I knew recruitment was a good place to start.
What is your best sorority moment?
- My favorite sorority moment would definitly be Lip Sync my freshman year! It was the first time my pledge class did something just us and we really bonded. We had so much fun being together and just being silly! I got to know girls so much better and we all got really close.
How has your sorority helped you academically?
- My sorority has helped my GPA because it had pushed me to be a good student. We have a GPA we are required to maintain and so I am encouraged to keep my grades up. We also have study hours that also encourage us to study and get all of our work done!
