What is your favorite spot on the University of Tennessee campus?

  • My favorite spot or acutally "thing" on campus would definately have to be the rock. I think it is a great way for students to express themselves. It is so neat to watch it change almost daily, if not more often than that. Some of my best memories have been going to paint the rock!

What do you think is the best part of Sorority Recruitment at UT?

  • I think the best part about sorority recruitment is all of the friends that you make right away. There are people that you will meet during this week (that might not end up in the same chapter as you) that you will be friends with forever.

What piece of advice would you give to a potential new member (PNM)?

  • I would tell the PNMs to come in with an open mind. Throw out everthing you have "heard" and make your own opinions. There is a place for everyone, you just have to find it!

Why did you go through Sorority Recruitment?

  • I decided to go through recruitment to get involved and to make new friends. I am from a very small town and I came to school only knowing a few people. Recruitment was a great way to get out there and meet new people.

What is your best sorority moment?

  • My best sorority moment would have to be participating in Homecoming. As a freshman, this is one of the first major events that you get to participate in with your sorority . There is so much goning on that week and it is so much fun to watch everyone come out and get so involved.

How has your sorority helped you academically?

  • My sorority has been a great help with my GPA. Not only do the highly encourage grades, but there is always someone who can helo you when you are having trouble in a class. You have like 150 tutors to help you when you need it!
