What is your favorite spot on the University of Tennessee campus?
- My favorite spot on campus is the outdoor amphitheater. It's so fun to hangout there and study on really nice days!
What do you think is the best part of Sorority Recruitment at UT?
- Meeting so many new people is the best part of recruitment. You make so many friends and share a great experience together.
What piece of advice would you give to a potential new member (PNM)?
- Relax. Recruitment can seem stressful and overwhelming, but it is just one week! The ladies in the suites are just as nervous (if not more) as you are so remember to relax and have fun!
Why did you go through Sorority Recruitment?
- Coming into the university, I had no clue about sororities. I was really curious about greek life and saw recruitment as a way to meet new people and learn more about sororities. It definitely was!
What is your best sorority moment?
- I don't know if I have one particular moment that stands out in my mind. I do know that my sorority is where I met my best friend, and we have shared some of the best moments of my college life together!
How has your sorority helped you academically?
- Being in a sorority can be quite the time commitment. As a freshman you learn how to manage your time quickly to stay on top of your academics and extracurriculars. Our new member program was very focused on academic success and provided us with lots of great information to achieve and maintain and good GPA.
