What is your favorite spot on the University of Tennessee campus?

• Nothing can compare to Neyland Stadium during football season, but I also love going to the pool during the spring.

What do you think is the best part of Sorority Recruitment at UT?

• Skit Round is my favorite part of recruitment. The true personalities of the chapters are revealed and you can see how they interact and encourage one another.

What piece of advice would you give to a potential new member (PNM)?

• I would say to go into Recruitment with an open mind and base your decisions solely on your experience with each chapter. The chapter you like may not be the same one that your best friend likes, but it's okay!

Why did you go through Sorority Recruitment?

• I came from a small high school where I knew everyone, so UT was very intimidating. I wanted to join an organization that made it smaller and more intimate for me. I knew going in that everything might not work out the way I planned it, but I would get the opportunity to meet a lot of new ladies my age.

What is your best sorority moment?

• Most of my best sorority moments came from the residence halls freshman year getting together to just hang out and meet up, and especially last year on the floor with all my best friends being around me at all times.

How has your sorority helped you academically?

• Scholarship is an important aspect of my chapter. Academics come first, and if you don't meet the standards then you can't participate in social events. However, my chapter has helped in that there is a sister in most classes, one that has taken the class before, or one who can suggest someone for help. It is a large support system.
