Welcome to the Panhellenic Council Website!
The Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life is a unit of the Office of the Dean of Students. The Panhellenic Council operates within this office and is comprised of 13 women's sororities and a governing body called the Panhellenic Council.
The Panhellenic Community is over 110 years old and rich with history! The Panhellenic community lives out its core ideology: “promote the positive, develop women and create an environment of unity and fairness”. Panhellenic Council strives to develop women through the relationships they make while at UT, the leadership skills they gain, the challenge of academics and the philanthropic/community service experiences they participate in.
Check-in for students will be at Sorority Village between 11 AM - 11:30 AM. on March 8th. As you drive, you will be directed through Sorority Village to the check-in location at the top of the hill. Only the potential sorority women will check-in at Sorority Village. Women who are driving themselves can park across the street from Sorority Village at the Visitors Center then walk to check-in.

Once you park your vehicle, walk across Cumberland Avenue to the University Center. There will be recruitment staff available on your walk to point you in the right direction.
The University of Tennessee is in the process of opening and building residential sorority houses that make up Morgan Hill Sorority Village. The houses will hold on average 40 women and many will have meal plans in place. This is an exciting project for the Sorority and Fraternity Community and those women who have moved into their houses are loving the experience!
If you are someone interested in applying to be a House Director for any one of our sorority or fraternity houses. You may forward your resume and a coverletter to Jim Harrison at email@example.com and he will send out to the sorority and fraternity House Corporation Officers. The sorority and fraternity House Directors are hired by and employed by the individual House Corporations.
The Panhellenic Building is home to 14 sorority suites, the Panhellenic Council, National-PanHellenic Council and Multicultural Greek Council suite. Each sorority has a suite consisting of a large living room, a kitchen, an office, and a storage area. The Panhellenic Office is located on the first floor of the building and serves as the center for coordinating all sorority activities. The office staff and student leaders are readily available to provide information concerning Panhellenic Council, any of the individual sororities, or the recruitment registration process.
